The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Enjoy access to shared amenities including a large heated outdoor pool (open seasonally), two outdoor hot tubs (open seasonally), a clubhouse with a lounge and ping pong table, BBQ grills and picnic areas, and a sand volleyball court. A private ski locker is also provided. Conveniently located within walking distance of Gondola Square, restaurants, shops, and activities, this condo offers easy access to the slopes or the free city bus. The Rockies Condos are situated across the street from Gondola Square, with multiple free city bus routes and stops nearby, including the Purple line adjacent to the complex and the Red & Blue lines within easy walking distance. This is a pet-free property, and pets and service animals are strictly prohibited due to owner allergies. Violation of the non-smoking policy, which prohibits the burning, smoking, or use of tobacco, marijuana, vapor devices, incense, or any other material within the property, is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval, and occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited, with violations potentially leading to immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking and prior to occupying the property.
