Enjoy your own private entrance, comfortable living room, and outdoor patio space. This suite features a fully equipped kitchenette, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable living room space. Guests also have access to a shared pool and fitness room. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $25 per pet, per night (up to $100 per pet per month), with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Kayaks are available for guests to enjoy the water, and owners may be able to assist with transportation to a nearby launch location with a signed waiver. Located in the heart of Canyon Lake, this retreat offers easy access to boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and hiking. It's conveniently located near Canyon Lake boat ramps, parks, restaurants, wineries, live music venues, and local shopping. It's also a short drive to New Braunfels, Gruene, the Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, and popular Hill Country attractions. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any number of overnight guests over 4 will incur an extra fee, with a maximum of 5 guests allowed due to septic limitations. No cats or ferrets are allowed. When out for a walk, please have pets on a leash and pick up after them. Use amenities at your own risk. Please be respectful of the upstairs tenants and neighbors.
