This apartment is located just blocks from the new high school, across from the public library and only blocks from public transportation on 4th ave. Rent is $2,195 per month with a 1-year lease and $2,195 security deposits (can be paid out over 3 months). No smoking and pets will be considered case-by-case with an additional pet deposit.
