The exterior boasts a heated private waterfront pool, a north-facing dock with deep water access, a propane grill, an exquisite outdoor fireplace, 8 sun loungers, cozy outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Dock usage is complimentary and available for boats up to 50' Ft in length, including 2 x 100 Amp connections, 2 x 50 Amp connections, a water hose, and tide slides. Please note that owners currently use part of the dock and it is off-limits for guests. A pack n play, highchair, booster seat, travel bassinet, and baby tub are available. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars; no on-street parking is allowed. The garage is not available for guest use. Beach chairs, beach bags, an umbrella, sand toys, and a drink cooler are provided.
