This unit is easily walkable to the Convention Center, OTR, Music Hall, and Washington Park. This apartment boasts high ceilings, tall windows, and gorgeous interior design with every thought and amenity considered for your comfort. It includes a king-size bed and an in-building washer and dryer. Free on-site parking is available in the lot behind the building with a provided parking pass, and a washer/dryer is available in the building for free use. Located on Historic West Ninth Street, this apartment is centrally located to everything downtown, including sports stadiums, the convention center, Over the Rhine, Washington Park, and Fountain Square. It's a short walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums, as well as Findlay Market, Music Hall, and the University of Cincinnati. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking anything indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or menacing staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book, or request an exception if they live locally and are under 23. Same-day reservations require prior contact. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will result in a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the property incurs security, fire department, or police fees due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Guests must climb stairs to access the apartment. The apartment is designed with comfort in mind, offering excellent shades and curtains for natural light control. This property has a security deposit hold collected via credit/debit card, similar to a hotel incidentals hold, ranging between $300 - $500.
