Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may result in criminal trespassing charges. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards staff will also result in termination. The property retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason if there is a belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A cleaning fee will be charged for vomit, defecation, excessive pet hair (pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed), stains on carpets or linens, smoking indoors, unreturned keys, and units found in unreasonable disorder. A deep cleaning fee applies to stays longer than 14 days. Guests will be billed for any security, fire department, or police fees incurred due to their behavior.
