We believe in being fair and reasonable landlords. While we could charge more, we prefer offering a nice place to live at a fair price and keeping good tenants long term. We have owned and cared for this property for over 20 years and take pride in keeping it clean, quiet, and well maintained. The building has only three apartments, and the other tenants are long-standing residents who are respectful and easy to get along with. If you are looking for a peaceful place to come home to at the end of the day, this may be a great fit for you. The apartment itself is bright and comfortable with plenty of windows and natural light. It is completely self-contained with no shared living space inside the apartment. Utilities are included, along with air conditioning during the summer months. One parking spot is also included. Laundry is included and located in the basement as a shared laundry area. Tenants are also welcome to enjoy the rear yard as long as everyone remains respectful of one another. Snow removal is handled under contract, so there is no need to worry about shovelling during the winter. We keep a close eye on the property and maintain it regularly. Security cameras are installed around the exterior for added peace of mind, and important systems such as the furnace are inspected routinely. The apartment is available now, or we can arrange for a July 1 start date. We are ideally looking for a single professional or a quiet couple with one vehicle. Pets may be considered, although we would like to know more about the pet beforehand. We understand that you likely have many apartments to consider.
