Paid public parking is available in the area for approximately $30 per day. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per night for one pet. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, bookable in advance. Conveniently situated just steps from 24-hour streetcar service, this suite is within walking distance to the Financial District, subway stations, the Theatre District, fine dining, and cafes. Check-in is after 3 PM and before 10 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. Any parties or exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke detector is triggered, your reservation may be cancelled immediately, and you may be charged a $150 service call fee and $200 cleaning fee.
