Free parking is available for 3-4 vehicles depending on size, and one additional vehicle may be parked outside the gate. Boats are excluded from parking inside the gate. Located in an ideal area, this home is minutes away from the Historic Downtown Mount Dora. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300 per pet. A $150 fee will be charged for late check-out after 10:00 a.m. If the late check-out extends beyond two hours, the guest is responsible for paying that day's rate. Guests are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check-out. Always clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in designated bins. Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking access to other amenities. Guests are welcome but should also use designated parking areas.
