Feel at home in this newly constructed and beautifully renovated Key West style 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, offering a private entrance and a meticulously landscaped garden surrounded by lush tropical South Florida vegetation. This apartment features two queen beds, a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, central air conditioning and heating, and large flat-screen SMART TVs with Netflix and YouTube in the living room and bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, plates, utensils, and all stainless steel appliances. A hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens are provided. Onsite laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Free parking is provided. Located a stone's throw from Pompano Beach and a short walk from the popular Pompano Pier, restaurants, and nightlife. It's an easy drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, major highways, and the vibrant entertainment scene of Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale. The neighborhood is ideal for quiet walks while remaining close to all the action. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check-out is at 11 AM. A late 12 PM checkout may be available for an additional $25 fee if requested by 9 PM the night before. Early check-in or bag drop-off before 4 PM must be requested and approved in advance. The property is monitored with 3 exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. Indoor smoking is prohibited, with outdoor smoking permitted at least 10 feet from the building. Outdoor smoking violations incur a $500 fine. Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet, subject to inquiry and agreement to the pet policy. Guests must provide a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Full names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; oversized or commercial vehicles are prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance. Guests are prohibited from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Package delivery requires host permission and cannot be delivered outside of booked dates. USPS mail delivery is not permitted. Includes free super-fast Comcast WiFi. The sofa sleeper is currently not able to be opened into a bed but it works great as a sofa. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
