Feel at home in this comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in the Sports Village community of St. George, Utah. This home is situated on a floor that requires stairs to access. This condo features a functional layout ideal for small groups or families, including a full kitchen, a living area, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom is smaller in size and may feel tight due to the king bed. The AC system is older and may take longer to cool, especially during hot summer days. The home does not have an ice maker; only ice trays are provided. Guests have access to resort-style amenities including pools, hot tubs, sports courts, and a fitness center. Community grills are available for use. Located in the Sports Village community, this condo offers easy access to pools, sports courts, and nearby trails, making it a great home base for exploring the area. It is just a 2-minute drive from the Bear Claw Poppy trail and approximately 50 minutes from Zion National Park. The community is also close to hiking, biking, restaurants, and local attractions. There are stairs required to enter the unit. There is no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector currently installed. No private grill is available due to HOA restrictions. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are $20/day per pet. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability at a rate of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. We provide an initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents. Any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility to purchase. Host is not responsible for any lost items. To recover an item, please contact guest services via the booking platform. We can ship items back for a $20 service fee plus the cost of materials and shipping, payable in advance. Items left behind will be held for 14 days; after this period, they are considered abandoned. Please survey the home upon arrival and report with photos any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. After this grace period, the guest accepts the property's condition and may be held responsible for any damages found after check-out.
