It's close to the downtown shopping area and Fort Campbell. While Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for getting around. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and are required to sign a rental agreement. This is a non-smoking home; any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, or marijuana in or around the home will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. If marijuana is smoked, details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violations that disturb neighbors may result in reservation cancellation, immediate departure, and no refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. All trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins; an excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home will incur a cleaning charge. A replacement fee will be charged for any towels or linens stained or damaged beyond repair.
