The fully equipped gourmet kitchenette and full-screen televisions with on-demand programming provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hairdryer. Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn’t apply to ESA). South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The rooftop infinity pool and lounge area offer amazing ocean and Intracoastal views. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4PM, and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available upon inquiry.
