A $75 fee will be charged if guests leave more than thirty minutes past the designated check-out time, and an additional day's stay will be charged if possession is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out. A $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any infringement upon this rule shall result in a $200 fine, in addition to potential additional costs. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the housekeeping crew notices an unreasonable mess after checkout. If the keyless entry system is damaged, a $75 fee will be incurred.
