Staying here at Harbor Pines has been a pleasant experience. Its clean, quiet, and the property is always well kept. Maintenance has been very prompt about taking care of any issues that may come up within the apartment, and our property manager Grace has always been friendly, courteous, and approachable. Its been a great place for me and my family to live.

The new team of management in our leasing office is pleasant, approachable, sincere, efficient, and true to their word. When I walked into the office to express a concern about the flooring in our apartment, Scott listened and asked if he could come take a look. He dropped what he was doing and immediately walked to the apartment, surveyed the problem, and assured me he would have it taken care of quickly. Past management had shrugged off the issue saying they couldn't do anything about it. Scott was 100% honest with us and the problem was resolved within two days. The new flooring looks great, and I am so very thankful for Scott. His dedication to making improvements here is obvious, and his integrity speaks for itself.
