Moved in about a month ago & I love it here. I really like the kitchen area, it’s nice to see an apartment that doesn’t have the old brown cabinets. The community amenities (pool, dog park, gym, club house) are very nice & always kept clean. My favorite is the cabanas at the pool, they have mini fridges & comfortable outdoors chairs. Almitrus was very helpful & accommodating to have a smooth moving in process. Great price for a beautiful & safe community. Definitely recommend!

Ever since new management came, the experience was much better. Lisa is so sweet and kind. When I saw that there was an extra admin charge erroneously added to my account, she immediately corrected it. The apartments itself have always been nice. The property manager Scott is also professional and willing to answer emails with any questions. Overall a nice apartment and property and friendly staff that isn’t just turning you away. Maintenance requests were also easy to submit online and they got looked at within 1 business day. If we didn’t have to move for financial reasons, we definitely would renew our lease.
