Hey everyone! I'm looking for a respectful, like-minded roommate to share my beautiful 2BR/2BA townhouse-style apartment at The Lakes. About me: I'm a TV Producer/Host, Live Event Emcee, Trade Show Presenter, Model, and Actor — someone who genuinely loves life and thrives on good energy. I'm passionate about the outdoors: rock climbing, hiking, and backpacking are my outlets. When I'm not outside, I'm at the cinema or deep into the latest TV shows and video games. I love great storytelling. I'm originally from Lake Arrowhead in Southern California, a USC Film School grad, and someone who approaches life with optimism, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor. The vibe here is positive, active, and easy-going — and that's exactly the kind of energy I'm looking for in a roommate. PLEASE READ ALL requirements listed below before reaching out. Requirements: -Stable income, employment, or career -Clean and organized in all shared spaces — particularly the kitchen. After cooking/eating, please put your dishes, plates, and silverware away in the dishwasher or handwash & return them to their proper place. Leaving anything in the sink, on the stove, or on the countertop after you’re done in the kitchen is my one non-negotiable.
