Unique built-in cabinetry and luxury finishes adorn the interior, while an outdoor custom-built fire pit area provides a serene spot to enjoy quiet evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher to make clean-up easy. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, an umbrella, a cooler, and bikes are provided for your enjoyment. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking and BBQ-ing. A pack 'n' play is on the premises, but you must bring your own sheet and bedding. Linens are provided for the king and queen-size beds and the queen pullout couch. Fresh towels and beach towels are always available. A washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets are provided and replenished. Perfectly situated just a walk or bike ride away from Goose Rocks Beach, you can easily grab a cooler and hop on a beach cruiser for a day at the beach. For a fine dining experience, take a short walk across the street to "Earth" at Hidden Pond. The picturesque neighborhood offers quaint streets for biking and walking, with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, between Portland, ME, and Portsmouth, NH. Amtrak stations are in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available. Portland's international jetport and Boston Logan are also within reach. No parties are strictly enforced with fines. No smoking of any kind is permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of this. Please treat our home as if it were your own. We pride ourselves on keeping our homes clean, pristine, and in impeccable working order for the next paying guest.
