No smoking of any kind is permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are expected to treat the home with respect and notify the host of any accidents. The entrance to the unit is via exposed stairs on the back side of the building in the left rear corner.
