Hi everyone — we’re looking for someone to take over our lease for our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment at The Bovill in Vancouver. We just moved to Vancouver for my wife’s hospital job and realized the commute for her required on-call shifts at BC Children’s Hospital is much tougher than we expected, so we’re trying to move a bit closer to work. Otherwise we genuinely love the apartment and building. Rent is $3695/month and August 2027 rent is free. Some details about the apartment: - 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms - In-suite washer & dryer - Stainless steel appliances - Quartz countertops - Balcony - Window AC unit included - Modern electric heating - Underground parking available - Secure bike storage - Pet-friendly building The building itself is modern, quiet, professionally managed, and in a really convenient location near transit, restaurants, shopping, and Punjabi Market.
