A washer, dryer, and laundry detergent are available. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are also provided. A pack 'n' play is available upon request. Guests have access to the entire house. Located just 1.8 miles from the charming shops and restaurants of Dock Square, you can enjoy a scenic stroll into town along sidewalks the entire way. Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square offer specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, bike and walking trails, and picturesque beaches. The property is centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, between Portland, ME, and Portsmouth, NH. Amtrak train stations are in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available. Portland's international jetport and Boston Logan are accessible. No parties are allowed and will incur a fine if this policy is broken. Smoking of any kind is not permitted. Early check-in/late check-out is not available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. AC is provided by three ductless wall-mounted mini splits in the owner's suite, one queen bedroom, and the living room, with window AC units in other bedrooms until fall. No childproofing has been done at this house. Yard maintenance may occur occasionally in the summer without advance notice. Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parking is in the driveway ONLY; please do not park along Fox Run or block traffic, or you may be towed and face an additional fee.
