A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, please book in advance. Enjoy proximity to the Eaton Centre and the Queen Street fashion district, with easy access to the subway and GO station. A grocery store, LCBO, and TD bank are also nearby. Check-in is after 3 PM and before 10 PM, with check-out before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. All guests' names and ID details, along with vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required), must be provided to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose information does not match are not allowed into the building. There is a no-party policy, with video surveillance at the front door and a noise detector. Violations may result in reservation cancellation without refund. There is a no-smoking policy inside the unit or building. If the smoke alarm is triggered or the smell of smoke is detected, the reservation may be cancelled and a service call fee of $150 and cleaning fees of $200 will be charged.
