Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night, or $10 CAD per night if you book 15 nights or more. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night for one pet. A travel crib for babies 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night; please book these in advance. According to condominium rules, guest names, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (if parking is required) must be provided to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with your ID in hand is requested as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. This property is not a hotel; the security desk and concierge do not support guests or provide reservation-related information. A no-party policy is enforced; the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests and noise level to prevent parties.
