Feel at home in this inviting ground-floor condo, just a stone's throw from beach access #1. This condo offers a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom, and a bonus bunk room with a bunk bed. The full bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and smart TV. The living room features a 55" smart TV, recliner, and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, stove, microwave, and full fridge with an ice maker. A convenient stacked washer and dryer are available in the bathroom, along with extra closet storage. As a guest, you will have access to a public beach, an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ area, and free parking on the premises. This quiet neighborhood is full of locals and tucked in between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is a minute or two on the opposite side, also connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin depending on traffic and is located near restaurants and bars. The space is not child proofed for any hazards, so be sure to child proof the space to your liking. Because this is a ground floor unit, you may see pests from time to time; keep the door closed to prevent them from entering the unit. The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. If not checked out by the specified check-out time, a $50 fine will be applied. Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and immediately evicted from the Property without refund for the remaining days on reservation.
