You'll also be a 3-minute drive from Bengals and Reds stadiums, a 4-minute drive to Fountain Square, a 5-minute drive to Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Art Museum, and Playhouse in the Park, and a 10-minute drive to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, the #1 Children's Hospital in the United States. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent; unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing and may result in prosecution, arrest, and full legal action. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am; failure to comply after a polite request will result in reservation termination without refund. Smoking or lighting anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed and will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Violating house rules, including dishonest or abusive behavior towards our team, may result in reservation termination without refund and additional fees. We reserve the right to terminate any reservation without refund if we believe you intend to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation, or if we have reason to believe you intend to throw a party, in which case entry will be denied. Additional fees may apply for cleanup of human biomaterial (minimum $300), excessive pet hair ($300), stains on carpets or linens ($89 per item or replacement cost, whichever is higher), a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys, deep cleaning for units left in complete disorder (additional $200 or actual cost, whichever is higher), and for stays longer than 14 days (additional $120 deep cleaning fee). Security, fire department, or police fees incurred due to your behavior will be billed to you, with a minimum security fee of $150.
