The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night, or $10 CAD per night if you book 15 nights or more; please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. A travel crib for babies aged 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $10 per one item per night; please book in advance. For security and condo rules, guests must provide their names, ID details, and vehicle/license plate numbers (if parking) to condo management prior to arrival. A photo of a valid ID (international passport, driver’s license, or permanent resident card) and a selfie with the ID are required; foreign guests must provide a passport. The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock for easy check-in and check-out, allowing remote locking or unlocking of the suite door. Access to the pool and gym is allowed for stays of 28 days or more. This apartment has a strict no party policy; the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests and noise levels to prevent parties. Exceeding the specified number of guests will result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. Inform us in advance if you plan to invite additional guests. This is a non-smoking unit and building; a remote smoke detector is installed to detect any sources of smoke. If the alarm is triggered and smoke odor is detected, the trusted partner reserves the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call fee and $200 cleaning fees.
