Nearby, you'll find shopping, dining, lakeside parks, and popular attractions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but is permitted outdoors; please ensure cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Events and parties are not allowed. Pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay, and the number of pets must be discussed and authorized in advance. Unregistered guests and extra overnight guests not accounted for may incur additional fees. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway; street parking is strictly forbidden. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Violation of house rules could result in the loss of part or all of the security deposit and/or non-refundable cancellation.
