Feel at home in this spacious 1,914 sqft 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom villa, just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and Orlando’s best attractions. This home offers a clean, comfortable stay with everything you need to relax. Guests enjoy a spacious layout, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fresh linens, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or hosting. Amenities include a private pool and grill, in-unit washer and dryer, and central AC. Optional add-ons include pool heat for $35 per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days, temperature will not exceed 90F, must be requested 48 hours in advance) and BBQ rental for $75 per stay (maximum 6 nights, $10 each additional day after 6 nights). A complimentary full propane tank is provided at check-in with the BBQ rental, and a one-time refill is available for $55. A pet fee of $120 per pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. A maximum of 2 dogs per stay is allowed, and an extra fee of $129 per pet will be collected after booking confirmation if you have more than one pet. The community features resort-style amenities including pools and beautiful walking areas. This home is self-catering, and it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish items such as soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. No food or condiments are provided. Champions Gate parking is free, with a limit of 6 vehicles per unit. You must provide ID of the person booking, the license plate number, color, make, and model of all vehicles. We are not responsible for any forgotten items. We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. We expect you to take care of our home as you would your own.
