Parking is available anywhere in the lot facing Ocean Blvd, and parking passes are not needed. Boats, trailers, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are not permitted to park in the lots. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. No pets are allowed by renters. Located directly across the street from public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Enjoy Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's across the street, a 3-block walk to the renowned Sea Captain's House with an oceanfront bar, and less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and Top Golf. Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 7 am. Please treat the home and common areas with respect. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in the pool area. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level.
