The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, glass blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, nonstick pots and pans, and cooking utensils, plus service for 6 guests. A stacked washer and dryer are also included. When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice). The Summit in beautiful Panama City Beach offers the perfect balance of a relaxing atmosphere and modern amenities. From this centrally located apartment, you can walk to the beach or enjoy great shopping and delicious restaurants in proximity. Panama City Beach lights up with an enticing array of after-dark entertainment options. The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – April 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work.
