The light-filled living room features a Samsung Frame TV that doubles as wall art when not in use, and views of the Organ Mountains. Yoga mats are provided. The primary suite features a king-size bed, views of the Organ Mountains, another Smart TV, and a jetted tub along with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet, and the third bedroom features an elegant bunk bed. The backyard is perfect for lounging with Acapulco furniture, cushions and a grill/griddle. Enjoy coffee in the coffee nook at the end of a terraced yard. One dog under 30 lbs is allowed with a pet fee. Enjoy easy access to White Sands, Mesilla, Downtown, golf and all that Las Cruces has to offer. Perfect for work, vacation, and relaxing getaways. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. All guests must be part of the reservation, and no outside guests are allowed without prior approval. Guests are kindly asked to not wear shoes inside. Includes a large writer's/work desk in the third bedroom.
