This recently updated condo is just 1.5 miles from the beach and steps from a quiet pool. This condo features a remodeled open-concept kitchen, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, and a washer and dryer. Beach gear, a blender, and a Keurig are included for your convenience. Step out the back door to relax at the secluded pool just moments away. A king-size bed is in the primary bedroom, and the guest room has two twin beds that can easily convert into a full. Gas-powered golf carts are permitted on site, and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood. One dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the tennis courts for any additional vehicle. Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is centrally located in Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. The world-famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south, and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable level. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. There are some beach chairs and an umbrella at the property for use.
