This apartment features a master bedroom, a living room, and a second bedroom, plus a balcony. No car is needed. This brand-new apartment offers all the comfort you need. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave, dishes, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer and an iron with ironing board. Enjoy a luxurious stay for 6 guests. The apartment is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Parking is not included. You can park your car at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass, you can park on any street or city parking lot. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn’t apply to ESA). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Check-in is any time after 4PM, and check-out is any time before 11AM. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. A registration fee of $50 is charged one time only. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach do not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
