A washer and dryer with supplies are provided, along with a bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking is available upon request for $20 per month (or $10 for reservations of 20+ days). Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per night for one pet, confirmation prior to booking is required. Travel cribs for babies aged 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, booking in advance is recommended. Access to the pool and gym is allowed for stays of 28+ days. This condo is ideally situated within walking distance to the Scotia Bank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Center, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Financial District, and hundreds of restaurants and bars. It's also close to the Eaton Centre and the Queen Street fashion district, with easy access to the Subway and GO station. A grocery store, LCBO, banks, and all other necessities are also within walking distance. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy remote check-in and check-out. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. There is a strict no-party policy, and the number of guests cannot exceed the number specified in the reservation. Exceeding the guest limit or having parties may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must be 25 or older to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. Guests' names and ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers are required by condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with ID is requested as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval.
