This villa features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino and latte maker, and a soda stream. The living room is furnished with an oversized sofa group, coffee table, and a 75-inch Smart TV. For entertainment, there are 14 TVs throughout the home, an in-house Movie-Game and Golf Studio with a state-of-the-art short-through ceiling-mounted projector, and a fully equipped game room with a mini pool table and games. Enjoy the complimentary BBQ grill, Netflix and Amazon accounts, and a wide range of family games. The bathrooms come complete with high thread count bath linen. The outdoor area features a pool, spa, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a lovely outdoor sofa sitting area overlooking the golf course. An optional Golf Membership is available, and a Golf Simulator & Launch Monitor used by PGA pros is available upon request. Free car parking is available for up to three vans, with additional guest parking on the road. Located in the Highlands Reserve Golf Resort in Davenport, this villa offers lavish views of the golf course and is about 9 miles from the Disney World Animal Kingdom area. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the tennis court, community Olympic size swimming pool, playground, and pro shop. You'll be surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, bars, and outlet stores, and the Publix grocery store is less than a mile away. There is a water park H2O only about 7.5 miles from the home and an Epperson Crystal Lagoon about 50 miles away. No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval. No music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed and completely hushed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends. Max 3 vans are allowed per home (2 in driveway, one on the road, and no parking on grass). Pets and smoking are not allowed. A laptop, computer, and desk are available.
