Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A noise and smoking monitoring device is installed on the property. There is one camera at the front entrance of the exterior. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as this is a family neighborhood. Violations of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will result in a $1000 fine. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay for stays of 1 week or longer, and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. The first bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a workstation, providing a comfortable set-up for remote work.
