It's centrally located on Gulf Drive, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Electric golf carts are not permitted on the property. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST.
