This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Enjoy access to a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, and an arcade. Pool access is subject to season and weather. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee. Located in the Westgate entertainment area of Glendale, this apartment is just across the street from live music, movies, football, and dining. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is a quick drive or ride to anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
