Other utilities are covered. The third floor is for only the Landlord use at this time. Garage accessibility with key and keyless entries. Amenities in the community complex include: shopping center, restaurants, offices, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and Olympic-sized pool. Accessibility for amenities can be discussed upon rental agreement. No pets or smoking in the home please.
