If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Situated just a stone's throw away from the stunning Pompano Beach, this apartment is located in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, or oversize or commercial vehicles are allowed, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and any violation will incur a $1000 fine. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Full legal first and last names of all guests must be provided upon booking. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. The initial supply of consumables and towels/linens are stocked based on the capacity of the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Receiving USPS mail is not permitted. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
