Feel at home in this renovated 1-bedroom beach suite on the 2nd floor (stairs only), just two blocks from Indian Rocks Beach and the ocean. This suite features a full kitchen, a dining table for 4, a large sofa, and a smart TV. Beach gear, including a cooler, wagon, towels, and chairs, is provided. Enjoy the private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and coffee is provided. All guests have 1 reserved parking spot free and share the BBQ grill out front. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood mostly made up of single-family apartments. Almost everyone is here for the beach! You can walk to everything, including John's Pass and Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants are all within a short walk, including John's Passe. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing. No cats are allowed, but dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. One pet per reservation is allowed. The pet fee is $125 per pet per stay, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet, and the remainder of the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Guests must pick up after their pets, or a $50 penalty will apply if pet waste is left on the property. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Includes a designated work station/desk and direct access to the router. A digital rental agreement must be signed and an ID & verification selfie must be provided.
