Fresh linens, thoughtful touches, and professional cleaning ensure a relaxing stay. Parking is easy with two dedicated spots directly in front of the townhome. Holiday Isle is known for its quiet streets, easy beach access, and laid-back island atmosphere. Norriego Point is one of Destin’s most unique beaches where the harbor meets the Gulf. O’Steen Beach Access offers sugar-white sands and emerald water. The Destin Water Taxi provides a scenic ride across the harbor to HarborWalk Village, waterfront restaurants, and other destinations around the harbor. Holiday Isle is one of the most walkable areas in Destin. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on balconies. While visiting Florida, be mindful that there are tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While the property is actively treated for pests, you may encounter a few critters during your stay.
