The home is situated on a large lot of .43 acres with mature landscaping and a creek running directly behind the property that connects to Wilson Drain. We are only signing 1 year lease terms at this time. If Renter wishes to obtain a lease term shorter than 1 year, Day Group Investments must first get approval from the owner and a premium will be added to the lease based on the lease term that is negotiated. ***Renter pays for all utilities, yard care and landscaping.
