This fully furnished apartment features a full in-suite washer and dryer, and offers access to a large resort-style swimming pool and an elite fitness center. The expansive 6,600 sq ft clubhouse provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy complimentary Starbucks signature coffee drinks. Pet-friendly with a pet spa, this apartment allows cats and dogs with restrictions on certain breeds and a 2-pet limit. Inquire about the pet fee, which depends on the length of stay. Permitted community parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. This apartment is conveniently located near major Tampa attractions, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and some of Tampa Bay's best hospitals. The easiest way to get around is by car, though Uber and Lyft services are also available and can be an affordable option. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping) is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 fine will be charged. Background screening is required prior to occupation, with no fee. Felonies of any kind will result in denial. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, and any occupant over the age of 3 is considered an occupant. If a parking permit is required, one permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog; pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom. The apartment is equipped with lightning-fast Wi-Fi and includes a work desk and chair, making it ideal for remote work.
