One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and the fine for violation is $500. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and the fine for violation is $500. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and the fine for violation is $500. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and the late 12 PM check out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check out. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
