Pompano's world-famous coastline boasts more than seven miles of sparkling beaches accentuated by palms, coconut trees, an award-winning wavewall, and a signature brick-lined beachfront promenade. The Pompano Beach Fishing Village, South Florida’s newest beach dining and recreation area, is a short walk from the beach house. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy; there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.
