Enjoy the spacious deck with forest views, perfect for morning coffee or evening BBQs. The main floor features a full kitchen stocked with coffee and tea, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a TV. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with two full beds and a TV, and the other a fun kids' room with two sets of bunk beds and retro video games. Upstairs, unwind in the game loft with a pool table and bar, or step out onto the private balcony off the king bedroom. Other amenities include ping pong, foosball, board games, and an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. During the winter season, when it snows, it may not be safe to drive down the driveway. If you don't feel comfortable, you can request that a snowplow be sent. You're just 10 minutes from Sonora and 20 minutes to Pinecrest Lake, close to everything but still tucked into the pines. This is an authentic 1987 log cabin with original construction features. The interior stairs are steeper and narrower than modern building standards and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, balance concerns, or young children. It is strongly recommended to hold the handrail at all times and take extra care, especially when carrying items, in low light, or after consuming alcohol. The wood-burning stove from 1895 is not available for guest use and must remain unlit during your stay. Smoking inside the property is prohibited, and a $500 fine will be charged if smoking is discovered in the garage.
