There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Uber and Lyft easily get you places. Public transit stops are nearby. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. One parking spot per reservation is allowed in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Full legal first and last names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
