Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, and smoking outdoors must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. One parking spot per reservation is permitted for standard-size personal vehicles only, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video.
