For extended stays of 30 nights or more, a brief in-person welcome orientation and routine property condition checks every 30 days are conducted, scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM; excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited.
