This unit is located in Stuart's Poppleton Creek Condominiums, which is just minutes from downtown Stuart and within walking distance of a Publix; about an 18-minute drive to local beaches! Community offers a pool and barbecue grills, is not age-restricted, and welcomes personal-use trucks (commercial work trucks, badged work vehicles, and similar are prohibited — see "Prohibited vehicles" below). One assigned parking space with guest parking nearby, two-vehicle maximum per household. Commuters can be on the turnpike or I-95 in less than 10 minutes. This unit includes a basic cable package, water, and garbage pick-up in the base rent charge. This residence is located in an association (Poppleton Creek), and the association may take as many as 30 days to process a new tenant application. Prospective tenants must also interview with the association's interview committee prior to occupancy. Please plan your move according to that timeline. Once approved for tenancy by South Florida Realty Management, a second screening will be performed by the association.
