I love living at Coquina Cove! It’s a place that has not modernized itself by eliminating enjoyable amenities like a heated saltwater pool & saltwater hot tub! Saltwater offers healing benefits and is very healthy for the body. This is so important because it makes it possible to enjoy swimming and relaxing in a spa 12 months a year! Other newer rental communities have eliminated spas and do not heat their pools to save money and maximize financial profits. Thus making their pools unusable during the colder months. Not to mention how spacious the floor plans are! You get normal large size bedrooms, living and dining areas! I just moved from a brand new building that was way more expensive and offered half the living space. Coquina Cove community also offers a beautiful lake with two fountains and walking paths that are so enjoyable for walking a dog. Rentals like Coquina Cove are hard to find these days. I also really appreciate how nice and courteous the management and maintenance staff is. They respond and immediately fix any issues. It’s also amazing that there are garages, a/c storage units & BOAT STORAGE available too! This place is wonderful & has not skimped on all the things they offer like other places that will not even consider building all these amenities into their properties.

My 7 year old son and I moved in about two weeks ago with our dog and I am so glad we did. The office made the application and move in process very easy. I worked with Brittney who is very friendly and who you can tell really cares about the residents. I love our apartment. It faces the lake and is so quiet and peaceful. I have felt very safe here. Inside, it is up to date and well taken care of. I had a few items maintenance needed to take a look at but they responded quickly and did a great job helping me. A big factor in choosing Coquina Cove for me was that it is zoned to a great elementary school in Citrus Grove Elementary. We have been very happy with the school thus far. We have not had a chance to try all the amenities or the resident events yet but we look forward to!
